NEXT GENERATION DESIGN COMPETITION

The Next Generation competition awards a $10,000 prize
to a designer who has been in professional practice for less
than ten years. The egg symbolizes the symbiotic relationship
between Metropolis and young designers as well as represents
the birth of new ideas. It is the constant in a competition
whose theme changes annually.
